ElevIQ™ Foundation was created because people in our community have always had capability. What they lacked was a system to help them see it, name it, and connect it to real opportunity.
We built that system here - rooted in our community, designed for rural communities everywhere.

Technologist and entrepreneur. Cecil leads STC Innovations, Inc., which develops and licenses the Capability Alignment System™ powering ElevIQ™.

Active member of the Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce. This is not an outside initiative. We live here, work here, and are accountable to this community.
